Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction

The Execuvision Media & Tec Pvt. Ltd. is committed to providing high-quality digital media, branding, public relations, marketing, and publishing services to its clients. As our services are customized, time-sensitive, and resource-driven, the following Payment, Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all transactions conducted with our company.

By placing an order or making a payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined below.

2. Payment Policy

All payments for services offered by The Execuvision Media & Tec Pvt. Ltd. must be made in accordance with the agreed proposal, quotation, invoice, or service agreement.

Payments may be collected in full or in installments, depending on the nature and scope of the project. Work may commence only after receipt of the applicable payment.

The company reserves the right to suspend, postpone, or terminate services if payments are delayed or remain outstanding beyond the agreed timeline.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the customized nature of our digital media, branding, PR, advertising, publishing, and marketing services, all payments made are generally non-refundable.

Refund requests will only be considered under exceptional circumstances, including:

Duplicate payments made by the client.
Services that cannot be delivered due to reasons solely attributable to the company.
Project cancellation approved by the company before any work has commenced.

No refund shall be provided once:

The project has been initiated.
Creative, editorial, branding, marketing, or promotional work has begun.
Content has been created, scheduled, published, or distributed.
Any deliverables have been shared with the client for review or approval.

Any approved refund will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.

4. Cancellation Policy

Clients may request cancellation of a service by submitting a written request via email within two (2) business days from the date of order confirmation or payment.

Cancellation requests must be sent from the same email address used during the order placement process.

Cancellation requests will only be accepted if:

Work on the project has not yet commenced; or
The project cannot proceed due to extraordinary circumstances beyond the control of both parties.

Once project execution, planning, content development, campaign setup, publication, or promotional activities have started, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

The company reserves the right to determine whether work has commenced for the purpose of evaluating cancellation eligibility.

5. Client Responsibility

Clients are encouraged to review all service details, proposals, timelines, deliverables, and pricing information before confirming an order.

Our team remains available to answer questions and provide clarifications before payment is made.

6. Data Retention

Transaction records, invoices, payment details, correspondence, and related information may be retained for administrative, legal, accounting, compliance, and record-keeping purposes.

Such information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection regulations.

7. Pricing Information

Pricing varies depending on the type of service, project requirements, campaign objectives, publication package, branding scope, and promotional activities selected by the client.
